P0344 Dodge - Dakota 2009

Question

Every time I hit a bump my engine light comes on even after replacing a brand new sensor for the third time. After about three new engine starts the light will go out again.

The problem when I am driving is I lose my cruise speed and the RPM's go over the 2500-3000 mark and I've had to stop and restart my engine 6 times in one day so the RPM's would down and get my cruise back.

Engine runs OK, starts good so I don't know what else to do. Have had three sensors replaced, the last one the light came back on but went out again after a few engine restarts..
