P1495 Dodge - does it hurt to run the car with this problem

Just bought the car with this code showing. Code will not clear out when erased. Will it hurt the car to run with this problem, or should I address it immediately?

Vehicle: 2000 Dodge Stratus SSE 2.4

What is the Most common cause for this code to apear? I.E . vacuum line break in wire or faulty sensor could be the possible cause and where is the pump located on the vehicle.
