what is causing the no power problem with code p211

code p2111, on 2006 Ford E-250; 5.4liter. Replaced Throttle Actuator and TPS. The engine will idle with no problem, but when pushing the gas peddle down there is no response on increase on power. This was what it was doing before new parts were put on.

P2111 Throttle actuator stuck open

Check the wres to the TAC motor, The code you have is for a TAC stuck open this is usually caused by shorted wires to the TAC motor. Check for other code condition that may be contributing to this condition.
