how to fix bank one an bank two from running lean

I have a 2000 ford ranger with codes that say bank 1 an bank 2 lack of upstream heated air an both are running lean. How do i fix the problem

Normally when you have both banks running lean it indicates an issue with either the mass air flow sensor or the fuel pressure. Both will need to be tested to determine which is the culprit.
