P0442 code on 99 Buick Lesabre on after changing fuel filler neck and hoses

P0442 code on 99 buick lesabre came on about 2 weeks after changing fuel tank filler neck and hoses. I know I cranked the clamps on hoses tight, they won't move anymore. If there is a small leak at those hoses, will it show P0442.
