I have replaced rear o2 sensors and this didn't fix the problem. what is causing this??

Hi there,

This code is for the crankshaft camshaft correlation out of sysnc. With this code if you have a lean condition then it's likely that there is an issue with the cam sensor or that the timing is off on the engine. Since this isn't a lean code, I would start by replacing the cam sensor.
