There can be several causes for this code. Also, as a note, sometimes a faulty part can cause the sensor to read wrong or the voltage of the pressure sensor doesn't change. This can cause the code to appear.

Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) Sensor & Range Issues: -- Skewed Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor range
