2007 Envoy GMC Egine just started missing

Egine just started missing,changed coils in to cyclinders that plugs were wet,changed cam sensor and plugs no change please help

Check the the abilty of the coil producing spark, With the engine running just lift up the ignition coil there you would be able to hear ignition spark , From there you would know that ignition is occuring. This type of engine are very prone to cyclinder valve leakage and leakdown test or compression should be performed to rule out mechanical  conditions
