while starting the engine the idle dos,nt seing up. i did order aq new air control motor, hoping to fix the problem. what about that?

Hi there,

P0301 is a misfire code for cylinder #1. Replacing the IAC isn't going to resolve this code. You could have a bad ignition coil causing it or some type of internal engine issue on cylinder #1
