P0708 TR out of range , open circuit or sensor

This is the transmission range sensor , circuit high is a disconnection either it occurs internally of the TR sensor or externally of the TR where the connection is not mating properly, faulty connection can occur so inspection  of that area should be done if good replace the TR sensor
