Help check engine lights been on for 3 yrs now I need emissions test and it wont pass. I got code p1404 what do I do? Also speedometer and odometer quit working about 8 momths ago. Dont know if this is relevant to my problem but I hear a static shock like pop coming from the engine about every 5 to 8 seconds whenever I have thewindows rolled down and im stopped
