High Rpms and very slow acceleration. P0101, P1778, P0776

Question

I have a 2011 Nissan Altima S 4cyl and it's been having issues accelerating. After driving on the highway for about 30 mins it will go into high Rpms and will accelerate very slowly. Once I come to a stop I would put the pedal to the floor and it will barely accelerate. It never gives me problems on my morning commute and seems to only be a issue in the afternoon commute home. Maybe the warmer weather affects a sensor?
