P0138 on my 2001 olds intrigue is faulty. Any guesses?

HI there,

This code is for abnormally high voltage on the heated O2 sensor heater circuit. In most cases the sensor itself is the actual issue. Usually replacing the sensor will resolve the problem. This code is referring to bank 1 sensor 2. Sensor 2 is AFTER the catalytic converter.
