Nissan maxima 2004 - 6 cylinder. code - P1800 - VIAS control solenoid issue.

Engine light is ON. What do I have to do to rectify this issue? Please help me regarding the parts. and which mechanic to contact. I went to 4 mechanics. No one has an idea of what to do with that code. Please help me. miles run 142 K. please help !!!
