2002 dodge noen pcm is not lotting speed control sensors

Pcm is not reading speed control sensor to lot tranny shift getting code p0700 and a p1684 how can I fix it ty

P0700 Transmission fault detected

P1684 Battery was disconnected

P0700 is a transmission code condition where the TCM (transmission control module) has detected a fault and request the CK ENG LT on. This should be accompained by a another transmission code to pinpoint the problem , as for P1684 this is battery disconnected, Trying to clear this code by disconnecting the battery will only result in P1684.or disconnectin the the TCM will cause this
