Why LTFT high at 14% and down 10% when running

1998 toyota camry LE V4 2.2L. Only 1 bank No codes S1 is always 0.6-0.7 volts.Straight line.S2 is about 0.3 - 0.8 volts STFT: -3.9 - 4.7% LTFT: always 14% at idle. down to 10% when running.So what happen to make high LTFT Thanks

This camry LE at this year Make and Model take a Airflow sensor . A airflow sensor is two sensor acting as one sensor. , The output of a A/F is opposite of the conventional 02 sensor. When the signal voltage is high this is a lean condition and lower voltage at a rich condition. 14 % at idle  you have a rich correction for a lean condition. Check the MAF (mass airflow ) air duct for any tear or rip that can produce a lean condition.You may also what to do a MAF cleaning.
