2007 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L 4x4 with engine code P1258, How can I fix this problem?

How can I fix this problem I replaced the water pump, thermostat, flushed the radiator and heater core and replaced the fans and still get hot between 210 and 230
Code is p1258
