P0300 Jeep -

Question

When I get the P0300 code, will this also cause my jeep not to start? The check engine light came on and the truck went dead and would not crank again.

This code is for a random cylinder or multiple cylinder misfire. This could be pointing to an ignition system issue which would prevent it from starting.
