P2004 Intake manifold runner control circuit

You might have to , the intake manifold runner and possible intake manifold, What happens is the runner internal jams and takes out the runner control. Here is the runner control removed and using a flat slotted screw driver the runner was tested it only moved 1/3 which should freeley move at least 1/4 freely , the intake maniold had to be replaced as well as the manifold motor.
