2001 sentra no start 1.8 code p1320

Question

I got spark at cyls. 1,2,and 4 spraying carb. clean didn't help any. I check compression and I got 120 on cyls. 1,2 & 4 and only 75 on cyl. 3. also I got 1 bad coil I believe and the coil for cyl #3 dosent fire because the connector plug inst working. I got 12 volts and the coils ohm out at about 1620 lowest to 1802 highest. the static timing seems to be right too. I have a code p1320 any thoughts?
