I have a GMC Sierra with engine code P0430, what can I do to repair this code?

Hi there,

This code is for the bank 2 catalytic converter below threshhold. In other words, the computer is not happy with the reading from the rear O2 sensor, which means either the rear sensor is no good or the converter is not cleaning the exhaust good enough.
