The Engine check turn on as soon as the car gets started, the diagnostic revealed the error code, how can this be fixed?

First, there should be a fuse under the hood labeled O2 heater or sensor heater. Check it and make sure it's good. If not, then the issue is likely the sensor itself. This is the first sensor in the exhaust system before the converter.
