I first had a P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input error.

So I:

Checked all the connections and confirmed connections were good.

Replaced the air filter.

Cleaned out the MAF sensor.

Error came back after clearing.

So I:

Replaced the MAF sensor with a new one.

The P0102 error code went away.

Car drove fine for 20 miles and then a new P0171 error code came up.

P0171- System to Lean

This code refers to:
Fuel Trim Bank One Condition

The powertrain control module uses the oxygen sensor to calculate the Air/Fuel ratio of the engine. The computer has recognized a rich or lean condition on one engine bank only.

Probable cause(s):

If bank one and two codes set together suspect fuel pressure or MAF sensor.

Oxygen sensor defective.

Ignition misfire-repair

Fuel injector problem.

Its not the first

So I am considering changing out the oxygen sensor next.

Before I do this, do I need to have the computer reprogrammed for the new MAF sensor?

My thinking is that the computer is not communicating accurately with the new MAF sensor so the fuel air mixture is off.

Note: I just put in a fuel injector cleaner additive to my fuel tank.

What to do?

No there is no reprogram for this condition., the 02 sensor is reporting a lean condition. If the MAF was not reporitng correctly whether under reporting or over, you would experience a stalling and drivabilty issue. You have a vacuum leak that is producing a out of order  fuel to air ratio. If this was ignition misfire you would code a misfire or random misfire, and the engine will hesitate. If this was a fuel pressure issue you would not be able to maintain a cuise condition and you would have both bank code a lean condition. Listen to the engine idle quality it should be steady and maintain its target idle. Listen for a vacuum leak you may be able to hear it, Check along the PCV valve, and the the EGR, Rupture vacuum hose especially at or along bank 1 (where cylinder number 1 is located)
