1997 Acura Integra LS with engine code P1359

Question

Car would have starting probs here n there over a course of 2 yrs was rare but got more frequent. I would turn the key and would have to hold it at start position sometime 30 secs or longer before it would start and sometimes it wouldn't start at all. A code popped up p1359 tdc sensor malfunction. Car won't start at all now. Where is this sensor located and how can I fix it or replace it
