my 03 impala over heats when I run my a/c

P0481 is for the high speed fan relay, there are 3 relays 

diagnostic procedures say use a computer to turn on each one at a time, in many cases people dont have access to the dealer computer if you are going to replace the relays start with #1 and go to #3 in order 

the relay part number is 12193604 I would just order 3 of them online on ebay they are like $5 each brand new OEM since the dealer will be over $30 each
