2005 Canyon code P0303 and fault 01, could this be related to fuel pressure

Question

used obd2 dtc reader, it read fault 01 & pending 02 P0303. engine misfires. I replaced all plugs, hose from air intake resonator box to crankcase. was idling rough before repairs now misfires intermittently while driving.

try to swap an ignition coil #3  with another cylinder reset the code and see if the code move over to the other cylinder if it does the ignition coil is bad.

if you still have the same problem, you can check resistance on the injector which should be 11-14 ohm's 

you can try using a good fuel system cleaner 3M or BG 44k and use 91 octane from Shell if you have a clogged injector is should help.

worst case scenario check compression 

 

 

I dont think fuel pressure would affect just one cylinder, a bad injector might cause a P0303
