Replace sensor, Still getting code, can't find a fuse that controls this on 95 Windstar..

Question

P0141 code came up. Replaced the downstream sensor but still receiving the same code. I can't locate a fuse anywhere that controls the O2 sensors. Does this vehicle have fuses for the sensors, if so, where? What else should I check to relieve code?

There is no oxygen sensor relay or fuse.

Did you use the OEM sensor? 

you may have a wiring issue (short or bad ground)
