P0300 indicates a multiple cylinder misfire, P0301 indicates a misfire on cylinder #1.

First thing to do is replace the ignition coil or plug on cylinder 1, then clear the codes and see if any return. There can be several causes for both of these codes including a tune up all the way up to the engine timing being off. More often then not it's an electrical issue with the ignition system.
