P0170 Fuel trim malfunction

Vacuum leak are the main cause for this condition , vacuum leak are air entering the engine that is unmetered by the MAF (mass air flow) Check the air duct of the MAF to the throttle body any leak there does cause lean fuel trim or any vacuum.
