P0299 Chevrolet Duramax MAP vs BARO

Question

I had the P0299 code, I read the MAP 25 vs BARO 29 at idle and engine off. Weather channel Baro claimed 29.99. Does this mean the MAP sensor is bad? Thx

P0299 Turbocharger  underboost

This code condition occurs when MAP sensor is lower than desired at a calcutlated load and speed. This is where  a underboost condition occurs, What you have now is correct, It is at a certain speed that the fault occurs or load.
