P1800 and po430Infiniti - i35

Question

I have two codes po430 and p1800 on a 2003 infinity i35 I believe the engine oil was below full mark was that the issue or do I need an ecm what is this code combo telling me

you should top off the oil and check it once every 2 weeks or so.

the codes are not related to low oil. P0430 is most likely a bad catalytic converter if there are no exhaust leaks. P1800 is for VIAS control solenoid valve check the to see if the hoses are no broken or cracked. if everything is fine the valve most likely needs to be replaced.
