P0171 - it seems extra gas consumption , what should I do? pls

What is wrong to get codes P 0171 and P1135. I have a 4 Runner 2002.
Should I get to fix it? How much does it cost to repair (just estimate).

P0171 means there is too much air and not enough fuel

and p1135 if for a bad bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor

 

Both codes are related, if there is no intake leaks and the oxygen sensor needs to be replaced

labor is about 30 min to replace the sensor.
