What could be possible causes of P0302 for toyota 4runner 2010 model?

Question

Just today, as I was reversing out of my garage, all from the blues the check engine light came up and started flashing & slip indicator light came on and is staying on along with the 4 Lo light flashing. I turned engine off and on, still the problems stays. I also tried moving front-wheel control switch and shift lever yet the lights stays. i'm really very angry. What could have caused the warning lights?

When diagnosised with scanner it returned P0302.

p0302 is a misfire code most possible causes, could be a bad spark plug, bad ignition coil, clogged/bad fuel injector
