P2099, P0157 and P0158 code on 2003 Saturn Vue V6

Question

Trouble codes P2099, P0157 and P0158 on 2003 Saturn Vue 3.0L V6. If I clear the code when cold, It comes back immediately. If I let the car run 15 min. and then clear the code, it stays clear until the next cold start.

P2099 Rich limit threshold

P0157 - 02 sensor circuit low voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2

P0158 - 02 sensor circuit high voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2

These code condition are "B" type codes that is why you can clear the code and it will not appear until the next cold start up . P0158 this is circuit high which mean Bank 2 Sensor 2 which is the downstream 02 sensor located on the Bank 2 the 02 sensor has a connection problem if the harness is good the sensor needs to be replaced.
