P2074 Dodge - 2005 PT Cruiser Turbo

Question

I recently changed the spark plugs and had to lift the manifold to get to them. 2 weeks later the engine starts to sputter and this code is firing as well as P0301. The spark plug was loose in cylinder 1 so I think that should take care of that, but what about P2074. could that have been caused by the loose plug as well?

p2074 might be related to an intake leak, if there are no intake leaks 

I would clean the map sensor and throttle body
