my scanner says clear codes and flash pcm to see if code comes back

Vehicle: 2002 f-350, 4x4, 7.3 diesel power stroke

P0605 Internal control module ROM error

Reflashing will not help nor resolve the situation, this is more of a hardware problem within the ECM , A new ECM will be needed.
