P0770 KIA - where is the reduction solenoid valve 2008 2.7 rondo

I just had my transmission replaced on my 2008 rondo with only 60,000 miles. my transmission suddenly downshifted into 3rd gear and wouldnt change gears even with the sport shift. once I shut the car off I could drive it using the sport shift, but only to the 4th gear.
I took it to Kia and they told me that I needed a new transmission. Now with the new transmission it is still locking into 3rd gear with the same code showing up. I was told that Kia would have to reset the TCM. Is there any other way to reset it? I dont want to use the local Kia do to personal reasons.

if the dealer replace the transmission and they said it will fix it they are required to fix the problem. 

I dont see a "reset' in the service manual they might have to do it with the computer.
