P0300 2004 Isuzu Rodeo

Replaced spark plugs. Now CEL blinks and stops when I am stopped. The ABS light is now on

check for intake leaks, you can also try to clean the mass air flow sensor with mass air flow sensor cleaner 

also I would try using 91 octane from Shell with a good fuel system cleaner like 3M or BG 44k
