Jeep Cherokee 4.0L 6 Cyl with engine code P0340, how do I fix it?

Question

I replaced the old distributor which did not work so I put the old one back in with the new cap, rotor, and cam sensor and I got this code which was a new one for me. I previously had the P0320 which was why I was replacing the distributor in order to fix the CEL.

Anyways two questions:

How do I fix the P0340 (which would probably also fix the P0320)?

Why didn't my new starter work?
