Need the Nissan xtrail 2007 check engine list.

I got the MIL light on in my Nissan Xtrail 2007 model... i don't know what the reason is.
I felt no power while stepping on the accelerator, and the next day the car suddenly stopped in the middle of the road (the engine shutdown).
After restarting the car, it drived fine, but the MIL light is still on.
How to check the problem? i read on how to reset the code and how to check the code from the car seat - but i don't know if this test is the same for all models or not.
Also i will appreciate if some one can post the list of all the trouble engine codes for my car Model..

you want to manually read the code? you can try to do the sequence and see if it will work

we dont have nissan Xtrail here in the US. The easiest way to read the code is with an OBD-II reader they are fairly cheap.

Some mechanic shop might even read the code for free
