P1509 - what does this code mean I need to fix?

I have 5 DTC CODES AND HAVE REPLACED A TON OF THINGS MAIN CODE IS p0171

P0171 Lean fuel trim Bank 1

P0113 Intake air temperature sensor circuit high

P0118 Engine coolant temperature circuit high

P1298 Lean operation at wide open throttle

P1509 Idle speed control valve opening solenoid control circuit

The circuit high these are disconnection especially with the ECT (engine coolant temperature ) sensor and  with the  intake air temperature sensor these 2 code will give you a lean code condition P0171. With the intake air temperature sensor this is part of the MAF (mass air flow) with a faulty MAF this can give you a hard time accelerating, You may be needing a MAF sesnor
