are you talking about the oil pressure switch? it will probably take 10min to replace it 

if you are talking about the vtec solenoid spool valve probably about 15-20 min 

I would replace the oil and filter if the code comes back and the problem is the vtec solenoid spool valve I would remove it and clean it with brake cleaner.
