P1131 2000 Ford F150 -

I'm having a lot of difficulty nailing down the problem for this scenario.
2000 f150-xlt 5.4L 4x4
P1131
Changed plugs and coils, fixed a few vacuum leaks that musnt had been that big of an issue as I'm still getting p1131??

How do I text the oxygen sensor? Without taking them both out and switching them sides(these things are a pita to get plugged in lol)?
