2007 Honda Accord with engine code P2138 and I am unable to accelerate properly

I made a system check and the following have been displayed:

P2138 APP Sensor A-B Correlation

DTC Help
37-14 (P2138)
APP Sensor A/B Voltage Correlation

Possible Failures
- Sensor failure
- TP Sensor A/B short

The system check light is always on and I am unable to accelerate properly.

P2138 APP sensor A / B ( TP sensor D / E ) incorrect voltage correlation.

This sensor does wear out, and when it does it voltage response becomes less. The soluton is a replacement
