I have a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My fuel light turned on today on my way to work. After work I went to start my car and it wouldn't start. It was turning and trying start and I thought it was just because it was really low on gas. It finally started after the 3rd time of turning the key. I put gas in and then when I started the car again the engine light turned on. I checked the code and it came up as P0340. Can anyone please help me. I reset the light and re started the car. The light did not turn back on and the car started just fine. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

P0340 Camshaft position  sensor circuit

This code condition can be cause by the excessive cranking with a no start condition. If the engine start just fine now , just clear the code,
