Why is my jeep engine code p0432 coming on after main cat is replaced?

I had my engine light come on about 3 weeks ago. There was 2 codes coming up: one for the TPS and then p0432 for the main catalytic converter. The TPS was repaired first and then about 2 days later the light came on again for the p0432. The main cat has now been replaced and the very next day(after going over a speed bump) the light came on again. I took it back to the shop and they said it might have been a stored code and not cleared so they cleared it again. The very next morning on my way to work the light came on again with the same p0432 code. Why is this happening? I need to get my car smoged for my registration and I'm not sure what it could be. Help please!

P0432 Main catalyst below threshold

Was any upstream  02 sensor replaced ? With a Jeep you can not have a new upstream 02 sensor and a degraded downstream 02 sensor this will surely code a catalytic code condition.any exhaust leak prior to the catalytic can also set this code and so can mechanical condition. When there is a code that has appear the ECM will store a freeze frame, can you post the freeze frame with the fuel trims?
