P1345 Toyota Corolla 1.4i sprinter 2007 VVTI engine. What is this error

Hi, engine light comes on. error code P1345. What does this mean. Is it a problim to drive this car with the light on?

the VVTI uses oil pressure to advance or retard the timing, if you have not replace the oil in the 4,000 miles replace the oil and filter with the correct oil weight. if the problem is still there replace the variable valve timing actuator 

The valve looks like the picture below, sorry I cant post a picture of the location since the US model cars are different
