my toyota camry 2005 trips off while driving

my toyota camry 2005 just shut off while driving and after checking with obd code detector i realized it is code p0128 that is displaying.kindly help me on what to do as soon as possible.

P0128 is for Coolant Thermostat Malfunction, check for coolant leaks if there is none the thermostat is probably stuck open and needs to be replaced 

if your car is overheating it could be stuck closed or the coolant temp sensor is bad, I would replace both parts.

the thermostat is near the alternator
