Car #1 cylinder was replace. Temp fix. Same problem occurred

what was replaced? 

replace the spark plug with correct spark NGK PLFR5A-11 

if the problem is still there, you can try to swap coils and see if the code move to another cylinder if it does replace the ignition coil, if not fuel injector will need to be checked or the wiring.
