I have replaced iat sensor, and the egr flow vale

P0113 Intake air temperature circuit high

Yes you can . on you scan tool ,use the live data, if the IAT is circuit high it will read and give  a negative value, Key on engine off , this is a circuit high IAT it read in the negative number, the problem end up being a cut signal wire from a rodent, that has lived in the engine area.With the sensor wire restored it read  intake air  temperature
